All security personnel shall have applicable licensing and certifications. The following minimum standards will apply to each A & K Security employee to be eligible for security officer assignment:

• U.S. citizenship or valid U.S. Work Permit

• At least 18 years of age

• High-school graduate or equivalent

• Sufficient command of the English language to comprehend instructions and ability to read and write legibly and speak clearly

• All personnel engaged by A & K Security to perform any service shall not have a criminal background and/or conviction record, other than minor traffic violations

• Good health and personal hygiene

• Ability to perform normal or emergency duties associated with site security requirements without regard to      physical or mental limitations such as age, sight, hearing, or defects, illnesses or conditions of health that would preclude full performance of duty

• Competent to operate computers, access control, intrusion alarm, and fire systems
